Job Title: MDM Technical LeadLocation: South San Francisco, CADuration: Contract Job Description:Technical Data Lead consultants - They have to be an expert in MDM in Pharma Commercial & Medical data and process flows, along with Sales/Field Alignment process and Incentive calculation for sales team.This role is for a fast paced global project and role requires someone with actual experience in implementing these solutions and can contribute from day 1nbsp;- Experience with MDM Tools like Informatica or Reltio Experience with Sales/Field Alignment process and Incentive calculation for sales teamnbsp; Familiarity with Alignment systems like JAMS, Organization Management etcnbsp; Full understanding of various MDM domains like Customer, Product and Organization and their data modelsnbsp; Experience with data profiling to understand rules for match/merge, DQ and hierarchy management- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and interaction with end users to understand and document business and functional requirements for complex projects in Customer Master data management and Field Alignmentsnbsp; Demonstrates experience working with technical teams across the full software development life cycle Demonstrates extensive knowledge and exposure to the following Master data and Alignment concepts :Data Cleansing & Standardization ProcessData Integration & Data EnrichmentHierarchy ManagementCustom UISales alignment & Employee assignmentIncentive Compensation process
