· Should have experience in playing the role of a MDM Architect
· Experience in leading large MDM Implementation.
· Good Knowledge of Hierarchy, GUI, Match / Merge Process.
· MDM Data Modelling experience
· Experience in implementing various models of MDM
· Use Case Modelling and/or designing Data Warehouse using Embarcadero/Erwin/Designer/Power Designer
· Good Knowledge of at least one Data Quality tool (Quality Stage, Informatica IDQ, Trillium, OEDQ)
· Good Knowledge of at least one ETL Tool (Data Stage/ Informatica Power Centre/ Talend DI/STEP ETL)
· Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts and other tools in the market.
· Should be able to provide guidance and assistance to team members.
· Ability to guide Customers up the MDM value chain, exposure on assessments, tool fitments
· Exposure to Big data environment, MDM on data lake experience
· Knowledge of basic concepts of Java and SIF programming
· Experience configuring and deploying complex client/server software on Unix and Windows servers
· Strong RDBMS SQL and troubleshooting skills – Oracle/ SQL Server / My SQL/ Mongo DB
· Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers, stakeholders to drive MDM design-decisions
· Build and standardize best practices, reusable components and accelerators for MDM implementations
· Facilitate setting up a Centre of Excellence for Informatica MDM practice and extend support to Pre-sales and Business consulting teams on MDM solutions
