Job Description:
Location: Dallas-based. Ideally 100% on-site, but we can be flexible. If they need to fly in, we''ll need to do 100% on-site for the first month (they can probably fly home to see their families on the weekends if needed) and after that we can ramp down to 50/50.
Industry: Health Care. It would be strongly preferred to get someone with Provider experience (hospital system However, we are open to talking to folks that have related experience, such as marketing for clinical trials, pharas, payer (insurance), etc.
What we are looking for:
Born and bread consultant. Strategist. Ability to run workshops and drive meaning conversations.
Good BA skills around writing BRDs that included scenarios, use cases, customer journey diagrams, solution architecture diagrams, etc.
Ability to run an implementation team.
Must work with PM and tech lead to ensure that business requirements are being translated into dev and are being delivered properly.
Must be able to talk to C-Suite comfortable.
Person needs to be 50% marketer, strategist, consultant, and 50% implementor.
Dev skills (AMPScript, SQL, API, etc) is not needed at all.
Deep implementation knowledge of SFMC only is required - Health Cloud or SFDC is not required.
Salesforce Connector experience would be great to have.
Strong knowledge with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Cloud Pages is needed.
Experience with Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, DMP, Social Studio, and Datoramma is a nice to have.
Responsibilities:
Journey builder and studio.
Some implementation and guiding the off shore developers on what the best practice is.
Demonstrate strong platform knowledge.
More advisory.
Gathering requirements - documentation - consulting and advisory support.
Use Jira and any kind of PM tool.
Will report to someone off shore.
PM will be off shore.
