Job title: Manhattan WMOS Business Analyst

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Business Analyst or Product Owner required.
• Retail, Merchandising and Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large projects and concurrent projects required.
• Experience with Data Extraction and Analysis required.
Must Have Skills (Top 3 skills only)
1 The Business Analyst - WMOS who serves as leader through defining stories and liaising between business partners and development teams. This is a vital role in driving daily development for Rite Aid's technology modernization strategy. The ideal candidate will become the product expert of the key Supply Chain applications including the Manhattan Association warehouse applications.
2 Recognize and make recommendations around business processes
3 Analyze, capture and prioritize business requirements regarding application or business process changes needed

1 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, or governmental regulations. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Able to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
2 Ability to work with math concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

1 Liaison with DC and Ecommerce Users of the Manhattan systems (WMOS, TMS, Omni)
2 Provides subject matter expertise to Users. Explain product functionality and configuration options
3 Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
4 Recognize and make recommendations around business processes
