Position Name: Manager / Lead – Sales/ Business Development

Relevant Experience: 5- 10 years

Location: USA, Remote

 

Job Description:

Should have experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Account Management for key customers. 

Responsible for winning new business (Hunting) & growing existing accounts (Farming) in the GIC (Global In-house Captive) vertical. 

Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed. 

Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business. 

Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships while maintaining and supporting the current client base to achieve sales goals. 

Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients. Target and penetrate key prospects and influence decision-makers. 

Understanding of Presales and Bid Management. 

Ability to understand technology and articulate the value proposition to the customers. 

Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and conferences. Specifically, the suitable candidate, will be required to have: 

 

Business Augmentation : 
Act as a channel in highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group, proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner. 

Personal attributes and competencies: 
6 to 10 years of strong experience in Sales in IT/Semiconductor/Embedded –

- Master's/Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute 

- International Exp in either geo - USA. EUROPE/ APAC

- Services Sales preferred

- Experience with Tech  Domain is must

- Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Advance Power-point presentation & Excel skills 
- Strong team player

-Excellent written & Verbal Communication Skills

- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and conferences. - Specifically, the suitable candidate, will be required to have: 

·      Experience in Sales of Enterprise Application development, Good domain knowledge of IT/ VLSI/Embedded Systems / IoT

·      Engage at different levels (VP, Director, Manager) and LOB (Engineering, Procurement, Prod Dev, R&D) in dialogue to understand existing operations, growth strategy,

·      Need for 3rd party services, etc.

·      Account research (identify products segments that align to org’s service offering)
