Overall 10+ years experience as Lead BA/Business Analyst/Product Owner
Strong experience working on Agile projects is MUST. Product Owner certification is plus
Proven experience on writing user stories, creating business process flows, working with Business stakeholders and liaising with Dev team for elaboration of the requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Essential Functions of the Job

Strong technology background with ability to design flexible solution for multiple geographies
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to find solutions quickly and direct resources appropriately.
Delivering business analysis products (Including but not limited to supplemental & functional requirements, traceability, and screen mock ups) in accordance with project requirements and Client methodologies and standards. Document business requirements at a detailed design level
Delivering detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis to both business sponsors, technical teams and Project Managers throughout the life-cycle of a project to ensure that business requirements projects are delivered appropriately
Working closely with technical teams (applications development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, operations) to ensure that business requirements are accurately converted into technical solutions
Sharing with Business Analysis team members experience of specific projects and specific services lines supported by the projects in order to enhance team knowledge and performance as a whole
Contributing to ongoing transformation of Business Analysis function - this will include contribution to process definition, the relationship with delivery-related teams and to operating more proactively with the business
Proficient requirement meeting facilitator, demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions (10+ people) using techniques to help define scope and requirements during the life-cycle
Extensive experience in selecting and executing elicitation techniques such as Interviews, Exploratory Prototypes, Facilitated Workshops, Focus Groups, Observation, User Task Analysis, Documentation Study and Surveys
Experience with Enterprise Analysis and overall Process Re–engineering including business process modeling, capability gap assessment, and definition of solution approach and scope
Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal IT team. Management of senior stakeholders without supervision
Expected to act independently to deliver and manage requirements to schedule, budget and scope. Provide support as required and requested, and is self-driven and motivated.
Proficient in managing Azure DevOps backlogs for the product
Extensive experience in chairing scrum meetings such as daily stand ups, Iteration planning, Iteration review, Iteration retrospective

Other Key Requirements

Experience in Payroll environment
Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder Categories, Actor Tables, Glossary, Context Diagram, Data Model, Class Model, Data Dictionary, Event Response Tables, State Diagrams, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Process Maps, Use Cases, and Activity Diagrams
Experience in Vendor hosted IaaS migrations, and Mobile or Shipping Container Data Center deployments
Experience in Forensic Data Analytics/ Big Data Platforms / Counter Fraud Systems including integration and data transformation projects
Experience in Risk and Compliance monitoring
Experience in designing flexible and country specific reporting and dashboard solutions
Experience in SQL/PL SQL
Orientation in UI design
Experience in requirement/defect management tools like Devops, JIRA, HP ALM etc
Experience in screen design and mock up tools like Axure
Willingness to work unsociable hours to support meetings located in Europe
Domestic and international travel may be required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
Certification Requirements

Business Analysis certification a plus (Certified Business analysis Professional (CBAP) or British Computer Society Expert BA or British Computer Society Business Analysis Diploma)
Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous.
Six Sigma training / certification a plus
