JOB SUMMARY

Client has launched a Business and Digital transformation initiative to accelerate towards being the best FAST MOVING CONSUMER HEALTHCARE BUSINESS. The Digital Transformation entails a move to S/4 Hana from JDE for ERP, a move from Trade Pro to Salesforce TPM for Trade Promotion Management as well as integration with various other applications like Leo Coupa, Kinaxis, CCM etc. to support business processes.

The suitable candidate has extensive experience in business process design and SAP S/4/HANA implementation projects. A can-do mindset, strong customer service focus and a highly dynamic will allow the candidate to achieve outstanding results.

The Local Business UAT Lead has the primary responsibility for defining, planning, tracking and managing the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for the Digital Transformation for CHC US.

He/She will manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors), will ensure that scope and deliverables are defined and aligned with Business interests and ensure that the project/phase is delivered on time and in line with quality standards.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Local Business UAT Lead will:

·        Prepare and obtain management approval of the UAT plan

·        Manage deliverables in line with the project plan.

·        Ensure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities.

·        Define and Manage Capacity

·        Ensure finalization of UAT Scenarios

·        Ensure timely completion of the following activities: Test script updates, Key user access to systems and tools as needed, key user training etc.

·        Analyze risk and establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.

·        Monitoring UAT progress and performance.

·        Providing regular status reports to the Steering Committee (Country Council, Project Sponsor).

·        Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives.

·        Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Escalate issues where necessary.

·        Work closely with Local Functional Leads and Business Key Users to ensure the project meets Business needs.

·        Manage and approve User Acceptance Testing Approach and Result.

·        Manage change to preserve business plan commitments.  

·        Close follow up on the performance of activities with team members and their supervisors.

·        Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

·         

·        A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with a concentration in business preferred

·        Master’s degree preferred

·         

·        PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

·        10 years professional experience as a PM on Digital Projects (SAP experience is a plus)

·        A strong track record in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry

·        Strong analytical and summarization skillsare required

·        Strong communication and problem solving skills
