The Software Support Engineer – Telematics, has a working knowledge of Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth, and networking communication protocols. Is comfortable in the Ubuntu/Linux environment, has a working knowledge of system level commands and a passion for working on the best EV on earth!
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
• 2 years Ubuntu/Linux experience
• 2 years software development lifecycle experience
Role And Responsibilities
• Retrieve and diagnose logs
• Troubleshoot system failures
• Perform root cause analysis
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s degree in computer science
• 2 years automotive industry (UDS, DoIP, CAN, ECU)
• 2 years Telematics Control Unit knowledge
• 2 years troubleshooting in Ubuntu/Linux Environment
• 2 years Jira experience
