LFM Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full-time/contract employee for an LFM Senior Full Stack Developer. 

The Worker will perform highly advanced software development work as part of an agile project team under the direction and guidance of Application Services management. The Worker must have strong hands-on professional software development experience building production applications and systems in the Java programming language and proven success designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable, high throughput web services and backend systems in a large-scale Enterprise environment. The primary goal of the worker will be to deliver well-designed, documented, and tested modern enterprise software solutions that meet strict availability, concurrency, and low latency requirements.

CPA will require the Worker to work on the following initiatives and will perform advanced analysis/programming tasks such as:

• Participating in all phases of SDLC, including design, software development, and code review.
• Performing extensive code reviews and analysis.
• Writing reports on code analysis to determine if industry standards and best practices are being followed; providing analysis to address found shortcomings.
• Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to existing development staff.
• Professional experience in software development building production software systems
• Experience with Java programming language
• Experience developing and implementing highly scalable, high throughput web services and backend systems in a large-scale Enterprise environment
• Experience in using SQL with relational databases
• Experience designing and implementing secure RESTful web services
• Experience with code reviews and in-depth code analysis
• Experience with highly complex application security requirements
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket
• Experience completing system documentation
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, containerization, orchestration, and related technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience developing/deploying software with a CI/CD pipeline including build automation/continuous integration, test automation, and deployment automation
• Experience working as a member of Agile teams that have iteratively and incrementally delivered software while practicing code review
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior-level software developers and other personnel as required
• Experience working with legacy applications/services and designing modernization solutions, decomposition of monoliths, and implementing solutions architected around the single-responsibility principle.
• Experience in modern web technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.
• Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Confluence
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with MuleSoft API development
