Job Description :
  • Bachelor degree in business related area or information systems or equivalent working experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience with extensive leadership experience of Technical architecture / design, in a highly complex multi brand environment
  • Full project lifecycle experience in delivering complex technical solutions for multi brand global e-commerce systems
  • At least five years of technical architecture experience in global SFCC enterprise scale e-commerce environments.
  • Successfully delivered the technical architecture for complex re-platforming programs for large multi-brand organisations
  • Experience of implementing solutions across a multitude of commerce and mobile commerce platforms
  • Experience working in an international organization and understanding of challenges of meeting Global Vs Local requirements
  • Extensive experience of working in a combined internal & 3rd Party delivery organization leading and influencing project leadership teams
  • Proven experience of Technology design, implementation and delivery of highly performant systems into production, ideally with public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) experience.
  • Technical Architecture leadership of programmes using modern design approaches including best use of ecommerce platforms component architectures, micro-services, SaaS solutions etc.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity / uncertainty and tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization 
  • Experience in in the Retail / Fashion Industry preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Team-player with excellent relationship-building.
