Technical
Extensive Knowledge of MS SQL Server SSIS/ETL at least 5 years of lead development
Creation of packages utilizing a variety of data sources/destinations.
Ability to apply complex data transformations utilizing appropriate SSIS tasks.
Creation of custom logging solutions
Creation of custom error handling
Experience with SSIS project deployment method/environment creation
Experience with SQL Server Agent/Proxies/Job Scheduling
Experience with source control – git
Extensive Knowledge of Relational Databases to include: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and others:
SQL
Stored Procedures
DDL
DML
Performance Tuning
Indexing
Ability to clearly lead technical conversations between technical and non-technical participants.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
Ability to perform technical code reviews following team development standards.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to switch between priorities and tasks as required.
Ability to clearly communicate – telephone/email/writing/instant message
