Job Description/ Requirements:
The Alfa Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing daily support and implementation for all Configuration and User Access for the Alfa UI Application. This includes configuration development, vendor engagement, End User support, as well as Business Operations Center support. The Analyst will be required to communication effectively with business counterparts and application users while meeting legal, tax and audit requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure a common understanding between IT and the business, translating business and technical language wherever needed
• Create Project Requests for new or existing system configuration and user access changes in Jira and ServiceNow as business needs arise
• Coordinate with all impacted business stakeholders to finalize configuration and user access updates
• Coordinate with the project workstreams and application teams in the creation, maintenance and execution of test cases and end to end business scenarios
• Develop test plans, write test cases, perform tests, track progress for assigned workload and report on overall progress to management
• Develop and implement configuration and user access updates in multiple environments
• Track all changes made to user access and configuration updates
• Monitor approval process to ensure timely completion and implementation of configuration and user access updates
Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Computer Science or equivalent OR 5+ years systems experience as a functional testing professional
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Quality Assurance concepts, metrics analysis, methodologies, and documentation standards
• JIRA experience is essential
• SQL experience is essential
• Is extremely organized and can coordinate necessary tasks to complete testing
• Can work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to coordinate with large group of diverse resources
