Job Description: Prior production support experience (general troubleshooting, analytical skills, on-call experience, etc, financial industry preferred but not a must 2+ years of experience Experience with Windows and Unix scripting (PowerShell, python, Unix shell, etc as well as general knowledge of both Unix and Windows environments when it comes to troubleshooting issues, managing files, etc. Experience with Autosys or any job scheduler Experience with AWS in terms of general concepts understanding and how the pieces work together Experience with Splunk/New Relic, AWS Cloud Watch and any other tools used for AWS monitoring and alerting Strong analytical skills Soft skills very important too Being part of the on-call rotation is the requirement for the role (every 4th or 5th week Apex Systems has an immediate opening for a Production Support Analyst supporting one of our largest Financial clients in the region. The Production Support Consultant works in Enterprise Support Services and shares in the responsibility for the day-to-day support of external and internal websites and applications including vendor integrated solutions and data feeds.
