Job Description:
Minimum 4-8 years industry experience, preferably in an Agile development environment
4 years of Java development experience
Experience with automated testing tools CA LISA/DevTest, SOAP UI and POSTMAN
Expertise knowledge in handling SOAP and JSON messaging protocols
Hand-on on using Swagger and WSDL files to create tests for API calls and events
Expertise in using HP UFT(QTP) and QC for UI based automation
Hands-on experience in debugging E2E workflow through API calls
Experience with source control versioning systems (Git, Stash, Bitbucket
Expertise knowledge in developing and deploying continuous testing and integration through JENKINS, Stash etc.,
Experience with UI automated tools like Selenium Web driver with Java
Role/Job Description:
Participate in developing and documenting Test Automation, including testing estimates and validation tests
Develop automated tests for features developed in-sprint
Perform desk checks and code reviews
Develop, document, and maintain the test strategy and test scenarios
Partner with the developers to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are clearly logged and prioritized consistently
Partner with developers to find technical solutions for test automation
Certify software functionality for new Production releases
Work with Integration Build teams to manage dev, QA and production release of software
Provide exploratory testing to understand the feature and how it is implemented, to find additional or unexpected behavior, and to refine and define additional test cases for the feature
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years industry experience, preferably in an Agile development environment
