Role: Devops Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: FullTime
Technical Skills:
Should have 2- 3 years or more experience in working with CI / CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, CruiseControl, Teamcity etc.
Should have expo?sure to Build and Release management processes
Experience in using MAVEN and ANT as build tools for the building of deployable artifacts
Should have experience in Linux environment
Should have Docker/Kubernetes exposure
Programming background / script background would be ideal
Expertise in trouble shooting the problems generated while building, deploying and production support
Experience in Urbancode deploy or any other similar tool would be ideal e.g. XLDeploy/XLRelease, Octopus, Shippable etc
Basic knowledge of infra management tools such as puppet, Chef would be advantageous
Soft Skills:
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good interaction with developers, managers, and team members to coordinate job tasks and strong commitment to work
Good communicator
Should be detailed oriented
Self learner and good team player
