Description:

Serve as a primary point of contact, responsible for the overall health, performance, and operations of cloud services.
Develop tools and processes to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor our services in large scale IBM Blue Mix hosted environments.
Maintain services once they are in production by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
Creating new Orgs/Spaces in bluemix also provisioning access based on request.
Support users in case of any issues with non-prod & prod environments.
Troubleshoot if any deployment issues.
Work with IBM to create support ticket for any issues.
Co-ordinate with IBM to upgrade software, patch or build packs .
