Job Description(JD):
Experienced (5-7 years) with expertise in Java platform with hands on exposure
Skill set looking for someone who has familiarity with the below Java SQL Oracle Web Focus Linux Eclipse Toad SQL Developer Splunk New Relic Troubleshooting Monitoring
Should be flexible to work on support activities, rotational shifts and on-call support if required
Provide L3/L2 support & perform maintenance activities
Should have experience working in ITIL framework and support activities
Liaise with SMEs on business requirements and provide enhancement support
Should have good communication skills and willing to interact with customers & their users
Should be willing to work on Continuous improvement activities and implement value adds to enhance the project deliverables
Experience with P&C Insurance domain would be an additional bonus
Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy would be an added advantage.
