This one is hybrid role (2days in a week client need onsite support)\
Job Requirement:
• Able to design, implement re-usable performance test scripts using industry standard tools specifically JMeter. Must have deep knowledge of JMeter custom scripting and strong coding skills
• Lead troubleshooting and tuning exercises- he or she will be working independently most of the time- hands-on position- end to end performance testing.
• Working experience performance testing tools such as K6, Wireshark, service virtualization
• Create and execute performance test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will validate system performance according to workflow and load specifications
• Produce reports and documentation for all performance testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging and tracking
• Frequently communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management. Design workloads and simulations to model our applications usage and establish performance and scalability benchmarks.
• Monitor/ Identify performance issues in all layer of the application, throughput, response times, resource usage CPU, memory, thread utilization and IO statistics. Perform detailed analysis on any bottlenecks found during test executions.
• Perform root cause analysis for performance optimization and architecture. Demonstrate a technical aptitude to do a deep dive into problem areas and contribute to fixes that are faster, cleaner and require less maintenance.
• Develop and maintain service level metrics for systems, including response time, failover, time to failure, and time to recover.
• Strong coding skills using Shell, Groovy, Python, Perl, C# or any modern language.
• Experience in testing the performance APIs. Former developer experience a plus.
• Experience integrating performance scripts into Jenkins CI/CD pipeline. Perform in sprint performance testing.
• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security testing.
• Expert performance test engineering experience in API, Web and Client Server applications.
