Duration: Long term Technology ( Mandatory )IBM Infosphere Master Data Management and Reference Data Management Key Skills ( Mandatory ) Must have worked on Data Warehouse and MDM Technologies for at least 6 yrs. Experience in Insurance domain Secondary skills Technical Skills Experience in building data integration jobs Exposure to data modeling Technical Experience Expertise in IBM?s MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) & RDM products, hands-on multiple implementation experience Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Agreement, Location) Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers (DB2/Oracle) Working knowledge of concepts like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how to use these with different types of integration technologies Proven track record implementing successful MDM initiatives Experience in Data profiling, Data assessment & analysis Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Working experience in data intensive work environment Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties especially with the business stakeholders Mentor and provide direction to data engineers and quality engineers Responsible for developing standards, guidelines and processes Knowledge on Data Governance concepts and Data Stewardship Designing Skills Providing data architecture guidelines and MDM quality standards Align MDM solution with the overall Data Governance model
