Job Location – Austin, TX (Non local also fine )
Job duration: Long term
Skills Required:
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile concepts
- Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption
- Will enable people on the agile methodology and track the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes.
- Will guide teams through the implementation process and motivate/facilitate the team to adapt the agile methodology.
- Empower teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they’ll be able to use agile to its full potential.
- Most importantly, going through the current Software development practices and recommend the possible tracks/apps could be converted into agile mode of development.
- Any prior experience with programming languages like Oracle pl/sql, unix scripting, Cocoa/Swift is a value add
