Job Description:
Project Coordinator
Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth.
Our Client relies on our Project Coordinators to provide logistical and data management support to our project management teams. Our Project Coordinators are involved with both multiple customers and multiple projects. Project Coordinators primarily interact with our internal project teams and other internal departments and have some interaction with customers for escalation responsibilities and with Vendor Partners for project support responsibilities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination including material procurement and tracking, providing support in the Change Management process, assisting with project documentation, executing and managing the invoicing efforts for each project, coordinating key project milestones, tracking and posting of project deliverables, inventory support, documenting open action items (both internal and external) and other project support as needed.
Data Management including data collection for status and financial reporting, obtaining and/or providing documentation and document control as required, managing project data within Our Client systems and tools and providing project reports to project teams as needed.
Customer and Vendor Interface including developing a thorough understanding of the customer''s and vendor''s processes, coordinating with specific vendor contacts and completing site verification calls to the customer''s end user locations.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Bachelor''s degree or equivalent related experience
· Minimum 3 years relevant business experience
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
· Exposure to technological (LAN/WAN) environments a plus
· Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
· Ability to offer solutions for process improvements
· Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
· Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
· Previous experience with an ERP type system a definite plus
· Any relevant certifications a definite plus
