IT Service Analyst
Delivers professional activities in the IT Support job family with a focus on IT Services. Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users. Ensures required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Provides support and maintains service level agreements. Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analysis for review. May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in IT Services.
Required Skills:
Engineers should have strong experience in the day to day management and operations of all data center IT components.
Data center experience, must have work history.
Rack the server, cable the server, troubleshooting.
High school diploma and up. Tech certifications
