Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. ? At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. ? U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. ? Experience working as a PMO Lead/Project Lead ? Experience working on IT Project Management activities, Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Scrum/Agile best practices Preferred Qualifications: ? At least 6 years of experience as a Project manager, Mortgage experience, loan organization experience ? At least 4 years of experience with project management activities like project documentation, status reporting, and coordination of resources, timeline creation and prioritization preferably in an agile framework environment. ? At least 4 years of experience in providing effective leadership, familiarity with Scaled Agile framework and Program increment planning. ? At least 4 years of experience in working with stakeholders on Release Planning, Product Roadmap and prioritization ? At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and JIRA. ? Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment ? Experience in Financial Services/Mortgage domain ? PMP or Similar certification ? Analytical skills ? Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
