Position: Java Technical Lead
Location: Birmingham, AL
Type: Contract.
Job Description –
Minimum 10 + years hands on experience on Java.
As a senior Java developer, work directly with customer in understanding the requirements / solution architecture and perform Integration code development and work closely with offshore team to deliver as a team.
Experience in doing technical design, Construction and unit testing, defect triage, Issues resolution, customer interactions, status reporting.
Work with offshore team to accomplish the development tasks.
Run daily standup call with offshore to discuss the tasks for the day and understand any blockers to be resolved.
Coordinate with QA team for testing support. Possesses good communication skills.
Knowledge management and sharing with new teams on boarded.
Must Have Skills –
Core Java, REST Web Services, Spring Core, Spring MVC
Desired Skill –
ANSI SQL, Hibernate, JavaScript, JAXP, JDBC, JSON, Oracle and Groovy, Spring Integrations, Spring Cloud Config, Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development.
Minimum Qualifications –
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology or Equivalent Stream.
