Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 8+years of IT experience.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Java/ Python & Javascript application monitoring experience
5+ years of server, system, software monitoring experience
3+ years of cloud platform monitoring experience (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS)
5+ years of site reliability experience using tools like NewRelic, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch
3+ log forwarder setup & log analysis experience with Splunk, Kibana
Must be proficient with one APM & one Synthetic monitoring (NewRelic/ AppDynamics)
Very strong scripting experience in at least 2 scripting languages (Python, Shell, Javascript)
Strong reporting, interactive dash-boarding, alert configuration knowledge
Extensive experience with cloud foundry & micro-service based application design
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
