Role: Development Lead - Java/springboot Location: Seattle, WA Rate: $65/hr Mandatory Skills: Java – Spring boot development Lead Technical skills - J2EE: Java, Springboot - Web services: REST, SOAP - XML Technoligies: XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery - DB: Oracle, SQL - & Cloud Platform Communication Protocol: HTTP(s), Queue based messging and events understanding [RBMQ, EMS] - Messaging Format: XML, SOAP, JSON To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion JD: To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions, recommend value creation initiatives to clients and implement industry best practices. TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions, recommend value creation initiatives to clients and implement industry best practices. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of Development Lead experience. Experience in technical capabilities in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed and often ambiguous environment. Experience working in cross functional groups including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, test, reliability, and failure analysis. Excellent cross-organizational verbal and written communication skills to provide status and manage expectations. Experience working in Agile development environments Strong Experience in Leading the projects with Cloud platform and Microservices/APIs Technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge statements and assumptions working with respective product and technology owners. Ability to drive projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and deliver results that are coherent and broadly supported.
