Job Description :
8-10 years' experience as Application Support engineer/ProdOps engineer Experience in Incitement Incident management at L3 level for J2EE stack-based web application, mobile applications. Expert in troubleshooting the production issues through appropriate log analysis (App logs, infra logs Experience in using ELK stack, knowledge of query language to troubleshoot Oracle DB specific issues. Ability to document issues, remedies/solutions, RCAs and perform regular problem management activities. Experience in coordination, communication with other stakeholders (L4 teams, other support teams Knowledge of scripting languages to perform Service Operations specific automations. Experience in ServiceNow for incident management, Problem Management. Strong desire to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes and capable of enforcing processes and procedures Highly motivated, excellent team player, also able to work autonomously Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication skills Verbal as well written Nice to have experience and knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE Nice to have experience in application development using J2EE stack, Oracle DB.
