Job Description :
Learn and retain knowledge of business and team development processes
Feature Card elaboration, estimation and coordination
Collaboration with onshore team
Software development based upon features assigned to the team
Incident Management, defect resolution, and other support activities for the applications in lower and production environments, based on given SLAs
Status reporting
Knowledge sharing between onshore team and between members of offshore team
Technical impact and root cause analysis on production issues
Communicate with employees in the field to gather additional information regarding issues
Continuous improvement activities designed to address technical debt and improvements to the applications over time to reduce operating costs based upon allocated capacity
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
hands-on experience writing full-stack Java-based applications with total at least 8 years relevant software development experience
Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience delivering software in an Agile or Lean delivery method
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, helping lead and facilitate major and minor
Experience with REST web service integration/implementation experience
Demonstrated knowledge of automated build pipelines like Jenkins
Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN
5+ Years’ Experience in writing SQL queries and strong knowledge in relational database structures
Experience in production support design decisions with our business partners and the rest of the development team members
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to successfully resolve stressful production issues
AWS cloud development experience
