Job Description :
As a production support resource for Metlife investments applications, the resource should have good knowledge in Incident Management, Service Request and Problem management activities. Should be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends. Should also be a good team player. The person should be able to participate/host customer calls on a daily basis. Should also provide status updates to customer on a daily basis. Should be able to work on minor enhancements as part of the support activities. Should follow the process defined by the process without fail. Should be able to work with third party vendors effectively. • Good technical knowledge in Java, MS SQL Server • Excellent communication with leadership skills • Prepare documentations and specifications • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, vendors • Should have experience in Production Support projects
