Role:Java Backend Developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Location: Sterling, VA / Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term / Contract / C2H
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and microservices.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with front-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Implement and optimize business logic, performance tuning, and data access layers.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, architects, and DevOps — throughout the SDLC.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain quality standards.
Deploy and manage services on AWS / Azure / GCP using CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues in production and QA environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with Microservices architectures.
