Job Description :
Required:
6+ years of experience in quality assurance
3+ years of experience leading testing efforts
Experience with JIRA is required
Must not require sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Experience working with store systems and digital systems
Experience working with business and developers at both functional and technical level
Experience with test automation
Experience using Github, Confluence/Selenium
Experience in agile/Kanban processes for management
This position is responsible for QA testing of store systems, e-commerce and enterprise solutions based on various technologies and third-party solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the QA efforts on project engagement and coordinate with Business and Development teams to completed
Estimate QA activities for the upcoming projects, plan and allocate QA tasks for the project testing team, execute, monitor and track the progress of the assigned tasks, reassign tasks based on changing needs and manage risks
Write, review, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures for program execution
Prepare and develop test strategies, test plans, risk assessment, requirements to test case traceability matrix and test cycles
Contribute to review of standards, procedures, tools, process, QA methodologies, best practices and techniques
Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects
Contribute and support the Business Analyst team by sharing resources during requirements gathering and leveraging the Business Analyst team for hand offs and defect resolutions
Assist project leaders in solving QA issues
Work collectively to solve defects, risks and issues
Assist in performance, stress and disaster recovery testing
Provide good understanding of business needs and system functionality to guide business, developers and testers
Be a strong technology visionary capable of articulating how to achieve higher quality on solution delivery
Lead agile testing teams, embody the spirit of continuous improvement in how he/she manages a team of testers
Bring expertise to automate testing using system tools, evaluate vendors and solutions on systems testing and provide recommendations on the right mix of tools to support the team
Manage smaller projects from beginning to end covering project management, requirements, functional design, testing, deployment and support
