IP Multimedia Subsystems Engineer
Denver, Colorado
Contract – 12 Months+
Telecom Network Support Engineer – IP Multimedia Subsystems
Experience in validating IMS (IP multimedia subsystems) solutions and debugging issues on areas such as IPv4, IPv6, IP routing, DNS, Call flow analysis
Experience in supporting Telco products and solutions such as CSCF, HSS-FE, One NDS
IMS/SDM Features & Solutions - Upgrade and Integration, Test Execution, Patch installation & Verification
Perform testing of IMS features solutions & debugging of issues before releasing to customer
Open & track defects/tickets during the integration and testing of new IMS/SDM releases & support until closure
Testing method of procedures based on Customer requirements
Debug issues during interoperability testing with third party vendor software or devices
Analyze data to determine the root cause of issues
Alarm monitoring , work on routine or diagnostic failures, perform system troubleshooting
Test IMS/SDM solutions and Patches in lab as needed prior to deployments
Support network availability and performance during releases
Support lab planning for new Software, Hardware, or features.
