Job Title: Instructional Designer/ E-Learning Developer
Duration: 12 months + possibilities of extension

Job Description:
Proven track record of at least 2 years’ experience in online curriculum design and development for adult learners.
Experience of designing content using Vyond.
Experience of designing content using Storyline.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and theory and knowledge of best practices in online delivery as demonstrated through the submission of an online module the proposed Contractor’s Resource has designed and developed using both Vyond and Articulate Storyline 360.
Have at least 1 years of experience evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Experience of uploading the content on LMS
Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Canvas or Blackboard.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Judicial College staff, staff with Professional Development and with Human Resources and stakeholders outside of the College and HR at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work onsite in Annapolis, Maryland, at least two days per week, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Experience using a variety of COTS software.
