LDAP directory experience, ping directory experience important
7-10+ years of experience with Oracle Directory, Ping Directory and Ping Directory Proxy
• Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix Operating Systems
• Experience with Install, Upgrade, Configure and tuning of the directory servers for optional JVM settings for high performance
• Experience in defining comprehensive data backup strategies and schedule for monthly backups
• Experience in encrypting and protecting the sensitive data available in directories
• Knowledge and understanding of Encryption Ciphers, certificate authorities, PKI and other authentication technologies
• Advanced knowledge of data synchronization strategies and tools, including data synchronization engines and scripting languages (e.g. Perl, PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience in use of indexes to improve database/directory search performance and LDAP Changelog
• Expertise working on Schema components on Ping Directory and capability to extend the schema as needed
• Experience with Password Policies and Data Replication strategies
• Designs and builds directory and associated data synchronization services, including Ping Directory, Active Directory, Oracle Directory
• Analyzes identity management processes and services to reduce complexity, improve data quality, and improve process stability
• Work across IAM teams to ensure architecture coherence and alignment across user administration and governance
• Contributes to the development of the IAM functional strategy
• Responsible for developing and testing customized scripts on Directory installations and data migrations.
• Expert working on encryptions SLL/TLS v1.2 on web servers, load Balancers and Directory servers.
• Expertise working on OUD Multi-master Replication Gateway and replication servers.
• Strong expertise in network protocols LDAP, TCP, DHCP, DNS.
• Design, implement and verify LDAP engineering solutions for data mitigations and other security risks on networks and systems.
• Provides L3/L4 support to operations teams to restore operations during P1 events and triage data quality issues
• Good understanding of Active Directory is a Plus
