1. Working with imaging of point of sale devices with our customer depot team
2. Partnering with other Application and Infrastructure IT teams to complete the imaging and testing of deployment devices
3. Performing and requesting tasks for imaging and deployment of devices and services
4. Testing of IT devices before and after deployment
5. Attending support bridges including overnight
6. Managing bridge with support technicians and customers
7. Recording and reporting on tasks to management
