Position: Revenue Cycle Project Manager
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
· Partner with Application Owners to ensure project planning and delivery within scope and on-time.
· Lead integrated charging workgroup as well as organize discovery, build, and testing of highly integrated Revenue Cycle workflows, from Front End to Claims submission.
· Organize cross domain project delivery planning.
· Gaps, risk, issues documentation and resolution facilitation.
· Design process for structuring and implementing:
1) Validation Sessions (Preparation, Facilitation, tracking)
2) Change management and operational readiness (preparation, facilitation, tracking)
3) Workgroup standup (preparation, facilitation, monitoring)
4) Stakeholder and governance process escalations (M&A governance process)
5) Go-Live readiness planning & go live event risk mitigation/issue resolution.
Required:
· Experience and comfort leading integrated charging workgroup.
· Ability to organize discovery, build, and testing of highly integrated Revenue Cycle workflows, from Front End to Claims submission.
· Experience supporting Revenue Cycle (HB, PB).
· Epic Project Management Experience.
· Experience organizing and driving go-live issue resolution between Revenue Cycle IT and Operational teams.
· Familiarity with Epic Rev cycle readiness programs (i.e. ARCR) including KPI definition and tracking, risk entification and mitigation and change management.
· Experience coordinating cross-application workstreams or integrated areas.
