Job Description:

  • This project will complete an eProcurement tool and portals with comprehensive database and track the workflow of procurement documents.
  • This project will create an IT Procurement module which will replace the existing JIRA system, currently in place.
  • The purpose of this module is to allow seamless, collaborative reviews with various State agencies and employees, as well as manage IT Procurement Staff workload (eg. Dashboards).
  • As part of the IT Procurement module, there will be a need to integrate to the State’s financial and eProcurement system, CGI Advantage.
  • The second phase of the project will include establishing a Competitive Procurement module, which will include evaluation team and vendor portals for a turnkey proposal submission and an evaluation documents compilation component.
  • In addition, the project seeks to complete the consolidation of our multiple RFP associated databases and improve functionality with secure and useable workflows through O365-global as well as establish pertinent metric collection through Dynamic Dashboard and customized reporting.
