Job Description / Responsibilities
Payment Broker application is seeking a talented Application System Engineer 6 contractor to support for critical project commitments. Payment Broker is built on IBMs Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) Platform primarily utilizing IBM Integration Bus/IBM Message Broker, WebSphere MQ, DB2 and Java The platform provides message routing and transformation services for the full lifecycle of Wire Transfer and other high value Payments.
Responsibilities include: Developing application enhancement or development for new projects and interfaces including data mapping and message flows. Provides or reviews designs and documents technical specifications by analyzing highly complex business requirements or redesigning complex computer platforms and applications. Helps or participates in performance/load tests. Verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Support systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides as appropriate. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas
Minimum Qualifications

7 + years WebSphere Message Broker or Integration Hub (IIB) development experience using ESQL functions with different formats (CWF, TDS, XML) and with different message domains(XMLNSC, DFDL
7+ years of experience with developing/working with XML schemas,. Understanding of XSLT’s and XPATH’s .
7+ years of experience with MQ or similar product.
7+ years application development experience with relational databases such as DB2 or SQL Server and SQL or ESQL
5+ years UNIX experience, file system commands, scripting and tools
Preferred Skills
(Desired criteria that may help refine the selection process)
2+ years of experience with IBM FTM including experience modeling FSMs and application development with Actions, Mappers, Physical Transmission Wrapper, Event Processing flow and Heartbeat.
3+ years application development using Java preferably developing web services and deploying to WebSphere message broker of any J2EE Container
Familiar with Payments messaging standards such as NACHA, SWIFT, ACI MTS
3 + years of experience of development experience web services (client/service) using message broker with WSDL(web services definition language
