Should have working experience in IBM Sterling Order Management systems 2. Should have working experience in managing IBM Store and Call Center applications, Lifecycle of Order Management Systems 3. Real hands-on working OMS Experience with SFS, BOPUS, Order Fulfillment, DropShip, Wholesale 4. Experienced on Design and Developing services, custom APIs, Tables and integration with Sterling OMS 5. Ability to Configure and customize the Sterling Foundation suite: Agent and Integration servers, Pipeline, Transactions, Services, JMS Queues, Alerts, Condition, Holds, Modification Rules, Monitoring Rules, ATP rules, Inventory availability, Sourcing and Scheduling rules in DOM, Sterling Store and Call Center applications 6. Experience in customizing REST calls to another application 7. Should have experience in Sterling OMS upgrade activities 8. Should have exposure in latest Cloud services and technologies 9. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the infrastructure design 10. Ensures success of application or infrastructure planning, configuration, and deployments. 11. Evaluates existing or proposed systems and business requirements to develop solutions and technologies to solve the business need within the Enterprise Reference Architecture. 12. Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system and application capacity and limitations, service level agreements and business requirements. 13. Coordinates with other teams and vendors within an application or infrastructure domain to troubleshoot problems, coordinating with department users and system administrators. 14. Responsible for quality assurance reviews of assigned projects and the evaluation and documentation of team procedures, applications, and/or infrastructure. 15. Identifies opportunities for application, code, or infrastructure reuse. Supports the development of software, data delivery, or infrastructure platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different business areas. 16. Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities. Assists in post-implementation and continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality. Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solution. 17. Analyzes the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements. Identifies, and when necessary, proposes variances to the Enterprise Reference Architecture to accommodate project or business requirements. 18. Provides strategic consultation to business partners and IT teams. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities. 19. Interacts and interfaces with support partners to ensure solutions are architected correctly. Occasionally works with support partners to resolve major issues.
