Job Description :
Skill- IBM Content Manger



Experience in any ECM product (DB2 Content manager, IBM FileNet CM, TSG OpenContent/OpenMigrate etc) with below additional skill set



Java/j2ee
Unix or AIX with basic knowledge – shell scripts, run various commands which required for support activities
Knowledge on ICC – IBM content collector
Knowledge on InputAccel(Captiva)
Exposure with servers – Tomcat, WebSphere application servers
exposure to Microsoft Azure is preferable
Support experience in handling incident / non ticket activities/tech bridges/application monitoring/On-Call support.
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce Incidents/manual interventions
To involve in triaging production issues, provide on-time root cause/solution and to fix the issues and tickets as part of maintenance activity and reporting client for any discrepancies
