SAP Hybris/E-Commerce Business Analyst
• 8+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile SDLC, implementing large, digital commerce applications across brands, business segments and geographies
• Minimum 3-4 years of Hybris project Experience as Business Analyst a MUST
• Lead and facilitate architecture and solution discovery and design sessions
• Conduct and facilitate the Discovery sessions
• Meet business and technology users and gather detailed requirements questionnaires and discussions
• Create user stories and process flows
• Perform "as-is/ to-be” analysis on business processes
• Functional analysis to advise clients on the implementation of Hybris.
• Provide best practices and design patterns around implementing Hybris e-Commerce application software and foster discussions on practices
• Collect user requirements, create stories groom as needed and plan into sprint release schedule
• Break down the requirements into and develop low-level user stories
• Discuss user stories with client's business and technology users, conduct the user story walk through, identify dependencies & acceptance criteria and get all stakeholder's alignment around the same
• Document Solution Design with pros/cons, make recommendations, and facilitate readback and signoffs
• Work with Hybris development team to guide and review creation of tech specs
• Should be well versed with Hybris commerce solutioning – data model/catalog structure, platform architecture, integration architecture and security frameworks
• Customer facing team leadership experience a MUST
• Understanding of JAVA J2EE application and Spring Framework
• Knowledge of all areas of Hybris eCommerce B2C and B2B, including Catalog Management, Product Modeling, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Search and Browse, SEO, Personalization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
