Salary 120-140k range (150 is max)
Please note-you will see some reference to data migration and to SQL queries which they do want if we can get someone who knows some software/application, etc.. However, this doesn't need to be (although it can be) a heavy IT Project Manager. They want a solid project manager who knows how to work with the business units as well as IT and financial teams. Someone who knows planning, process/process improvement, KPI's, budgets, cost analysis, process maps, flow charts, mapping, etc.
POSITION INFORMATION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and coordinates designated team (if applicable) accordingly.
- Handling data migration, process mapping and KPI generation projects.
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
- Prepares and implements and tracks each project's budget based on estimates.
- Reports to Operations and Managing Director any operational opportunities; provides subsequent recommendation for process improvement.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Training:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field.
- PMP , PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications is a big plus.
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of related experience with Project Management required.
- Experience in finance and lending, Automotive Industry is preferred.
- Having worked in a fast paced and international environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess skill to understand a Company's business processes and controls.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to coordinate them amongst a team when appropriate.
- Strong problem solving capabilities and analytical skills
- Ability to recognize operational opportunities for process improvement
- Must have strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, and to work under pressure
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and Project management technical skills of designing process maps, flow chart, data mapping and project risk management.
- Experience or knowledge in running SQL queries a big plus
