Job Description :

Communication- both written /verbal skills are  mandatory for these Candidates

 

Serves as a primary point of contact or an advanced knowledge resource for HR business projects involving the development , implementation and testing of systems modifications for Work Compensation and Advance Compensation

-Responsible for researching , analyzing , troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact data quality and integrity

-Guides and facilitates a cross functional team in the development and implementation of compensation business solutions

-Assess overall project and operational risks and develops mitigation plans

-serves as a resource to the working teams on escalated issues guiding them in development and delivery of work products .

-at least 6 years of workday HCM application support and development ,including system configuration in a mid-large sized work environment.


-Possess detailed knowledge of Workday HCM including business process configuration

-demonstrated success consulting with business leaders t understand their business needs in order to influence business direction .

-Proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources , reconcile conflicts,evaluate options and propose solutions to complex issues
