The person we are looking for:
Required:
Fundamentally a strong Java developer, with Java scripting, React js, preferably somebody who worked on the front end (UI development).
9+ years of post-MS experience.
Though the experience of Team leads is not mandatory, the person must have good communication and leadership skills with initiative. He/She may manage a 2 person team and will be responsible for making remote PowerPoint presentations to clients.
The client is doing AWS migration, so some exposure to AWS.
Preferred:
There is an emerging standard in the health care industry called Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR). A foundational platform conforming to FHIR would greatly facilitate the exchange of health care data with the Public. SCI is helping to develop an AWS FHIR platform, with 2 members in the team currently. A good person hired here can be made the team champion. So some healthcare industry experience is a plus.
SQL/ETL skills are also useful.
