Skills & Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must have hands-on working experience of 3+ Years as a SharePoint Architect/Consultant in Office 365 / SharePoint Online /Yammer/Stream
Strong Technical leadership ? should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring
Strong in Microsoft SharePoint Technologies (Yammer, Stream, Teams, SharePoint 2019 and Office 365 / SharePoint Online).
Must have worked on most of the following:
Web Part Development ? identify standard and custom development and execute
Search Customizations
Integration experience with third party SW and Tools
Experience in development using JSON, jQuery, JavaScript.
Knowledge of Agile Framework/SDLC
Be able to configure web parts (including 3rd party) etc.)

Responsibilities:

Understand, prepare and present solutions to business that address issues
Responsible for architecture, design and lead development of applications Microsoft SharePoint Online and other technologies.
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules.
Ability to map user requirements to standard Office 365/SharePoint online features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint online.
