 Position: Helpdesk Support

Location: Des Moines, IA 

Duration: 12 months

Web Cam Interview Only

 The candidate must have hands on troubleshooting experience to cover anything on the desktop. Will perform all roles of a level 2/3 Help Desk support technician and must have experience supporting complex systems and/or custom hardware/software

 Required:

·         Work trouble tickets from ticketing system

·         Manage the Help Desk email queue

·         Solve issues via desk side visits and through remote desktop

·         Answer how to questions and resolve issues related to applications, printers, connectivity

·         Image, setup and install new PC’s

·         Maintain a positive outlook, be professional, and provide excellent customer service

Preferred Skills: 

 

·         Windows 7/10 installation, patching, and troubleshooting

·         Windows networking TCP/IP Configuration and troubleshooting

·         Experienced in Windows networking TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting

·         Experienced in Apple device (iPad, MacBook and iPhone) support

·         Ability to use industry standard remote tools - preference for SCCM

·         Industry certification (A+, Network+, MCP, etc.)
