Role : HCM Techno-Functional with Kronos

Who are we looking for?
A HCM techno-functional & Kronos with minimum of 6+ years of experience.
Technical Skills:
At least 2 year of working experience on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 with tools
8.5x
At least 1 year of working experience on Kronos
Strong experience in People code
Very proficient at PL/SQL
In depth hands-on experience
o In Application Engine,
o Peoplecode
o Application Package,
o Component interface,
o BI-Publisher,
o Integration Broker, and
o AWE
o Excellent programming experience in SQR Language
Good hands-on experience in Kronos
o Workforce Central version 8 & above
o Workforce Integration Manager(WIM Interface Development
o Workforce Timekeeper - Payrules & Workforce Accruals
Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM - Core HR, ESS, MSS, Global
Payroll, Absence Mgt, TAM, T&L, e-Performance, NA Payroll, & Benefits
Functional knowledge of Kronos Configuration and Support of Workforce
modules, time & attendance (work rules, pay rules, holiday configuration,
display/access profiles
Modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Reporting
Technology: clocks (biometric & badges), phones/PCs
Experience with Peoplesoft time and labor and del Boomi preferred
Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements
Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment
and responsibility.
Should have experience of entire project lifecycle
Worked on Implementation, Support & Upgrade projects

Should be able to drill down the metrics , analyze the gaps and suggest

Should be able to build tools & accelerators which is value add for the
customer
Behavioral Skills :
Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge
management activity.
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 6+ years of work experience in Peoplesoft HCM
9.2 & Oracle Cloud HCM
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent
technical degree from a reputed college
