Job Title: Hadoop Developer-10+ Years of Experience
Location: Portland, OR
Duration- 12+ Month (Long Term)
Responsibilities:
Desired Experience :
10+ Years of Experience is mandatory
Proficient using Java for multi-tiered web-based applications. Demonstrate an understanding of HTML–based programming, including understanding of HTML authoring tools to implement these functions.
Strong experience working on Hadoop tools (like Sqoop, Hive, PIG, HBASE, etc)
Experience or knowledge in SPARK and SCALA
Strong experience with using IDE’s and Software development environments including oneor more of the followings: Eclipse, NetBeans and Intellij Idea.
4 years of experience in Big Data Solutions using technologies including one or more ofthe followings: Hadoop, Hive, HBase, MapReduce, Spark, Sqoop, Oozie, Java.
2 years of experience applying Agile development practices and working withdistributed, component-based architectures.
1-2 years of experience with REST API development
Strong experience in performance Tuning, troubleshooting application issues & analysing production issues.
