JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designs and develops high-quality, strategically aligned communication materials of moderate complexity for global internal and external customer segments. Creates highly visual work with typography and imagery that inspires, informs, and/or captivates. Partners with communication colleagues on creative concepts. The work is varied but typically includes overarching themes for events and campaigns, infographics, publications, microsite graphics, animated GIFs, PowerPoint presentations, signage (print and digital), etc.
 
JOB DUTIES:
• Develops and designs projects including layouts, mock-ups and final files
• Thrives both in collaborative team settings as well as individual task-based work
• Comfortable working with outside design, media, and print suppliers and contracted agencies
• Stays up-to-date with current design trends and production options and determines best approach on design and production so that work is differentiating, efficient, timely and cost-effective
• Ensures work product meets approved company standards and guidelines. Modifies work product if corrections are needed
• Has experience planning, coordinating and directing photography shoots
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in the Graphic Design field: agency, in-house, or freelance (3 – 8 years)
• 4-year University Degree in an Arts or Graphic Design discipline or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in A e Creative Cloud
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of photography and videography workflow
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• Recent college graduates will not be considered – the manager would like to see at least 3 years of actual work experience
• 4-year University Degree in an Arts or Graphic Design discipline or equivalent work experience
