Job Description:
· 4 years of industry experience with strong technical skills in Genesys e Services .
· Experience with Genesys Customer Interaction Management (CIM) platform
· Experience with Genesys Multimedia components: Web API server, Interaction server, UCS, Chat server etc.
· Experience with Genesys Multimedia Chat, E-Mail with end-to-end call flow and deployment
· Knowledge of Business Process Interaction workflow & Genesys routing strategies for Multimedia
· Knowledge of Content Analysis, Screening, Knowledge Management with Genesys Classification Server
· Knowledge of Web API server and APIs
· Knowledge of Web Media Open Media platform SDK * Optional.
· WFM experience, knows general - restoring service
· senior resources, trouble shoot but also be able to handle by themselves, jump in and fix the problem. Some on call requirement
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Ability to innovate and present new ideas solutions.
· Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
· Driving efficiencies and implementing roadmap to constantly improve speed of response
· Carry out periodic Service reviews and identify areas of service improvement actions. Implement service improvement action plan
